OPS-KIT provides software-as-a-service tools ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

If you're using the Services on behalf of an organization, you affirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments and invoicing are processed by Paddle acting as merchant of record.

• Prices and features are shown on our Pricing page.
• Taxes/VAT may be collected per local law.
• Failed payments may pause access until resolved.

Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless canceled before the end of the trial. You may cancel any time from your account; access continues to period end.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You will not misuse the Services, attempt to breach security, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that harm other users or our infrastructure.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. The software and all related IP remain the property of OPS-KIT.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by Paddle; we do not store full card details.

The Services are provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. For help, contact support@opskit.org.

We may terminate or suspend access for violations or for risks to other customers. You may export your data before termination when technically feasible.

To the extent permitted by law, OPS-KIT disclaims warranties of merchantability/fitness. OPS-KIT's aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of IQ. Venue and jurisdiction are as permitted by those laws.
